Judith A. Belmont, M.S., N.C.C., L.P.C.

Judy is a national speaker and corporate wellness trainer, and is a member of the National Speakers Association. With a B.S. in Psychology from The University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann Medical College, her experience as a psychotherapist spans 35 years. In her counseling practice as well as in her role as wellness expert consultant and speaker, her primary focus has been to offer practical strategies to others to improve personal empowerment and boost emotional resilience. Her “user-friendly” seminars and keynotes are based on her zeal for life skills education, and the highlights of these concepts provide the basis of The Swiss Cheese Theory of Life book and accompanying workbooks. From teaching at the college level to her work with organizations and companies of all sizes, from privately owned family businesses to fortune 500 companies, Judy has applied action-oriented strategies that people can use the very next day to get through life’s obstacles. She is the author of two books, “86 Tips for the Therapeutic Toolbox” and “103 Group Activities and Tips,” designed to offer mental health professionals and trainers practical guidance to coach emotional resiliency.

She is the Founder of Worksite Insights, which offers an array of mental wellness services for the workplace. Lora Shor, MSW, LSW. ACSW

Lora is a consultant to Corporations, Health Care Systems, Hospitals, Universities, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial and Legal Organizations, The Stock Exchange and The US Social Security System. Lora has been a practitioner in the fields of Psychology, Employee Assistance Counseling, Behavioral Health and Human Relations for over 25 years. She has developed and delivered corporate health and wellness, work/life and management training programs and seminars for local, regional and national profit and non-profit organizations. Lora believes in integrating mind, body and spirit to create balance in work and non-work situations.
She is a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work, a Licensed Social Worker and a member of the National Association of Social Workers as well as the Employee Assistance Professional Association. She maintains a private practice in the Bryn Mawr, where she sees individuals for behavioral therapy and lifestyle coaching. As an expert corporate wellness consultant and trainer, Lora also customizes corporate day retreats where organizations get to have a wonderful day away from the office for team building, goal planning, stress reduction, work/life balance, creativity and fun.
