Courtney grew up in dance studios and spent most of her adult life exploring the body’s position within social structures. Her inquiry has led her full circle to the wooden floors of her childhood and a desire to explore Yoga as an antidote to the chaos of modern life. She teaches from the heart and her classes are warm, compassionate and empowering.

As an RYT-200, E-RYT 500, YACEP, Kate has a deep commitment to life long learning and facilitating a space for students of all levels to experience the transformational power of the practice. Her classes combine fluid, mindful movement with Tibetan Yoga inspired philosophy to create a joyful connection between mind and body.
Carly is a flight attendant, marathoner, former Hooters girl, foodie and loving mama. She finds that combining her training in Chinese medicine with the body’s innate wisdom helps her to create yoga and fitness classes that are not only challenging, but fulfilling and fun! She believes that a bio-psycho-social-spiritual lens is necessary in order to fully understand a person and strives to incorporate Yoga as a holistic approach in her work.
